"Cici took care of us for homeowners insurance and auto insurance. She is so kind and down to earth. She is very responsive and respectful. She made the process so easy She is the best agent we ever had. From the start she made sure she gave us accurate quotes and explained everything in detailed and recommendations. "I’ve never felt as comfortable going into an insurance place as I did this one. Amazing people working here. Friendly environment. They are there for their people/clients. They take very good care of you from the time you first come in to the very end and so on. Lacey was a big help and made sure she had me taken care of with my situation. Mr. Landry has a great humor and his bedside manners are excellent. I am so happy to be with this Agency !! Couldn’t recommend a better place than this."

"I stopped by Mr. Landrys office about 10:30 am after having a fender bender. He advised me to make a claim to get my car fixed. He asked if I wanted to use the app or have him call it in for me. I said well if you’re going to offer the service, I’ll have you call it in for me. Mr. Landry promptly filed the claim and had a rental setup for me. My car was dropped off at a collision center and I was in a rental by 12:30 pm. I really appreciate the attentiveness and handling this for me. He made a difficult situation become a pleasant one."
